Are you wondering what panelized even means? Have you ever seen the hit TV show "Extreme Makeover - Home Edition"? Did your notice how their framed walls are built in sections with sheeting all ready to tilt up? This is called “panelizing” or “pre-framing” of walls. Panelized homes are also classified as stick framed homes.
That, however, is where the similarity stops. |

When we frame our walls, we use the most accurate software on the market and frame inside a factory to control the environment and quality. Think about it - having everything framed, ready to go, all the materials there for you to get to a lock-up or dried in stage and having your home framed up in less than half the time of stick framing.
